This Jensen radio was installed in my RV when I bought it, and at first, it worked in all modes, but after minimal use, the DVD player just refused to play, and it still doesn't. My feeling is, "what good is it if you can't use all of the functions that it's intended for.".

replaced my old one with no issues. Just needed to plug it in. just need to remember to remove the packing screw from back of the unit or the cds wont play.
