This product shipped on time as shown in the photos. I needed to enlarge a second hole in the chassis to insert the rectangular doubler. Other than that, it installed easily. However I was happy with the supplied tongue insert that holds the hitch ball at all! It is only 4" deep. Any attempt to attach a trailer results in damage to the rear bumper. No information was given and the photo shows a longer tongue. In order to use this I now need to go out and buy a 6" or 7" tongue. Not a nice surprise.
