I took this remote into the Chrysler dealership and they programmed it for me without any problem. Of course, the price to buy one at the dealership was twice the cost I paid for this one.The service rep at the dealership warned me that if the remote would program correctly I would still have to pay for the service because he said some of the 3rd party FOB's do not work. Well, it worked!!!!

our chrysler 300 came with only one key, i have always carried a spare due to a lockout as teen. this key saved us about $65,compared to the dealer! we still had to have the dealer program the key, and cut the key, but their blank key would have cost more.
