The service engine soon light came on on my bmw x3 and the dealer wanted to charge $144 just for diagnostics. This BMW specific scanner helped me to identity the issue with the exhaust solenoid and I was able to fix it by myself without going to the dealer.It's always good to run some checks once in a while and read the fault codes. Can also reset the service and engine lights and erase the codes. Hope this device keeps working well.
