After two years of using my bare hands to close 200 kombucha bottles by hand per week, I'm in heaven with this capping machine. Didn't come with instructions but my husband is pretty smart about these things and he also installed a reel above the capping station. So far I used it once and I loved it. I hope it lasts. I will post an update later.
