First of all i couldn't find my previous review to edit it.I originally purchased this key in May 2012 and took it out of the country for a Nissan quest after unsuccessful link up to the car i tried calling customer service but there was no overseas number! only the 1800 usa number.I then got back in town on june 18 and started to the return process. i was greeted very courteously and send the key back. after a few weeks when i didnt see my credit on my creditcard statement i called back and was told that to get a refund i needed to write a "positive 5 star review" i thought this was very unethical but wanted my money back so i wrote the "fake" review. a couple weeks later i called again to see what happened to my money and was told "ok now we can start processing the return"Needless to say i didn't get my money back till the end of august (2months and half after sending the key in) i promised myself i would edit the first fake review to get my money back. im sorry for the poor people that trusted my first review so people take warning of fake from this company.

The directions were written in easy to follow steps and successful on the first try.
