Key is exact (without logo on backside). Instructions for complete programming were accurate except for remote/fob.2001 IS300 remote programming- use the door lock and not the lock/unlock switch!Getting the key programmed took 5 min. It was a challenge to find a locksmith with the correct cutting machine in my area but found a skilled shop. Saved me hundreds and the pain of a dealership.
