Bought the product for $99. Tried to configure it, did not work, called the company twice, spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to get it to work. I was instructed to take it to the car dealer for programming. Finally took it to the dealer, they could not configure it either. Contacted the seller, via Amazon, asking for instructions to return, received an email with this text "We apologize for any issue you have had with your purchase and we will gladly accept a return on your item(s). The quickest way to go about returning or exchanging a product would be to call us at 1-800-308-3775 so that our returns department can quickly issue you an RMA/Return number and give you instructions on how to go about returning the item." I called the 800 number, I was told, sorry we cannot accept your return as you purchased the item in May.

this remote was perfect. i just bought my car and it didnt come with one, and this remote was cheap and brand new. installation was easier than i imagined too.
