Crimestopper SecurityPlus alarm system is a high-tech 2-way paging security system that will provide a high level of protection for your vehicle. This system includes a 2-way rechargeable LCD pager which will alert you of any kind of intrusion or vandalism at the vehicle. The system includes the latest in vehicle security technology such as a dual-stage shock sensor, starter kill output and a 25 watt high-power single-tone siren. The interactive display on the paging remote confirms all commands almost instantly with easy-to-understand icons. It alerts the user to alarm triggers by beeping and vibrating when out of audible range of the siren. The LCD screen will also turn red when an alarm trigger is reported to the user.

This alarm is one of the best i had this alarm for a year it warns u if someone is messing with the car the pager works awesome mine has fallen countless times and it still works if you are looking for a alarm this is the best bang for youre buck look no further.

Install:I am a 2nd year college Computer Engineer. It took me about six hours to install, mainly because the wiring diagram for my car was slightly off so I had to double and triple check the connections. The little booklet it comes with is pretty straight forward and helpful. The cables are all pretty long (I think around two or three feet) and the antenna has an extra long cord so you can set it somewhere with good reception; I set mine at the top of the windshield covered from view inside by the rearview mirror. It has the capability to turn on dome light, kill starter (with install of additional module - not included), and program two or three auxiliary functions (e.g. radio, A.C.). It's also compatible with both positive and negative power windows.Usage:I mainly use the 2-way remote and not the other 1-way one. I've tested it and it works about 4 blocks down going through houses and cars, and also from the far corner of the Walmart parking lot (great if you use the aux A.C. to cool or heat your car before you get to it. I don't have a power operated trunk so I can't use the trunk open button, but if you've got a power trunk you're in luck. One car can have up to about 7 or 8 remotes programmed to it and each remote can be programmed to two different cars. When the car alarm goes off (which is a bit sensitive when set at medium) the 2-way pager immediately responds with the backlight, audible beeps, vibration, and a symbol on the remote. Some people say that it's not that loud but they're just plain ol' wrong. I installed super loud horns in my car and the alarm can still be hear over the horns when it goes off.P.S.To activate the "Panic" feature, just press and hold the lock button (the only thing not in the booklet).Overall / TL;DR:I feel like I'll be using this system for years to come and will most-likely stick with Crimestopper for other car alarm systems. It's remarkably cheaper than other systems and still has all the same basic functions that work perfectly. If you're on the fence about this system quit thinking and just buy it already!**Edit**I've been using this system for about four months now. Luckily, I have not had my car broken into. I think it may have to do with the super bright blue LED that flashes when the alarm is armed. At night it lights up my car so all I have to do is look outside the window to check to see if I remembered to set it.One note about the 2-way pager remote; the battery life on the thing kinda sucks and only lasts for about a week. It does come with a car charger but that's it. I'm usually not in my car long enough to get it charged substantially so I just use the other remote. Also, to combat the people who said the screen on the 2-way pager breaks easily, I was using this pager while working in construction, always bumping into things and sitting on them with unforgivably tight pants, and the screen is perfectly fine. They must have been willfully trying to break it.I'm glad with this security system and glad that I bought it for my car. Any questions, just comment on this and I will make sure to answer them.
