I almost bought the opti6000D it had good reviews but the opti70001D was the same price so why not. BE CAREFUL!! The amp blew a set of kickers in the drive when tested. Better set your rms.This is a ton of cash but probably the last i'll buy.

The Lanzar Opti12001d is 1 bad azz amp. More than enough power for 4 really good subs. I have 1 powering 4 15's rated at 2500rms each and it slams them with ease. It would be safe to say that it puts out a solid 10-12k rms. My system is tuned at 30hz and can peak at 40hz to yeild a 153-154db, hair tricks are no problem with this kind of power, now granted you need some good subs and a good enclosure. I am deff happy with the amps power, someday I may try to run it at 16volts where its designed to run optimal.Dont second guess this amp just because its from Lanzar, there are a couple other high end brands that have the same identical guts but cost 2-3 times more.

I've just installed my optidrive 6000 watt amp and it's unbelievable how power can make a difference with sound. I have plenty of experience installing amps and was happy that it had no hang ups or issues. It was a little hard for me to buy this on line, not really knowing what to expect when it arrived but I have to say I'm very impressed that nothing was damaged and that it's performing as it was described. It's pricey but well worth it.
