I'm using just one of these woofers in a 4.0 cubic foot sealed box and it sounds wonderful in my home theater/two channel setup. It's beautifully built and the T/S parameters work out great for home use in large cabinets, sealed or vented.

I purchased an MB Quart PWH-302 from Amazon. It arrived in a timely fashion, no problem there. I installed it in a sealed box built to spec. I had it wired in series to an Alpine MRP1000 which only offered 600w max. This speaker failed within two weeks. The driver seperated from the voice coil. I had it replaced under warranty which cost me $30 in return shipping costs that was not reimbursed (by the manufacturer, Maxxsonics). The replacement speaker has now subsequently had a failure of one of the two voice coils while wired in series. I am very disappointed with this product. 15-20 years ago you could not beat MB Quart's component speakers. They have obviously abandoned their manufacturing practices and theory from the past. I would deter anyone from wasting their money on this product.
