Well i received this item it looked good when i got it so i took it to get installed only to find out that some of the features don't work, like the ipod/ USB port don't work, the blue tooth interface is crapy, so i contacted the seller about it and they sent me their return policy which pretty much says if the stereo was installed you wont get your full money back now if it's not installed how would i know what works and what don't? anyway it also go on to say they would repair it but i have to pay to mail in back, if i wanted a refurbish stereo i would of got one so i just got me a pioneer. i have had good experience with performance tekniqe products until now. buy at your own risk you might be lucky and get one that everything works rite..

I have had this unit for over a year, and it is awesome. It is sometimes difficult to order electronics over the internet because you don't know how the original seller or the shipper treated it.Everything works great on mine. Bluetooth is very good, the DVD touch screen is very responsive and clear, crisp videos. There are a lot of options on this unit. The GPS is great. Be forewarned though, this unit is definitely high tech. It's real fun too, because I am always finding new options. Setup is important. You need to setup the voices and the GPS settings. It will notify you if you are speeding, and any police radars and stuff too. So, you either need to take the check marks out of those settings, or you associate them with a voice. Otherwise, the sound just disappears for a second. It drove me crazy until I figured that out. This is the top of their product line and very advanced.
