Let me first say that this product has been wonderful to use, and I love the quality of sound produced by this amplifier. However, when I unboxed the amplifier I noticed that it had a rattle inside. As an electronics technician in my previous life, I decided to pull off the covers before use to determine what was rattling, and found a loose screw, which could have caused a catastrophic failure to the device or at least an annoying rattle. I removed the extra screw and have happily used the device since. I would have given the device five stars if it were not for the low quality control allowing the device to be built and delivered with the extra screw inside.
